The Telegram application is now ready for daily usage and has been added to the Ubuntu App Store, so that the users can install it easily. An Official Telegram App For Ubuntu Touch Is Not Available Via The App Store

Because the Telegram client for Ubuntu Touch has been signed by the “Ubuntu Core App Developer”, it most likely has good integration with the OS.

As a reminder, Ubuntu will be the main operation system on two phones: one developed by BQ and one from Meizu. While there isn’t any information about the Meizu phone running Ubuntu, the developers being holding the information to be revealed at MWC, BQ and Canonical have announced that BQ Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition will become available starting with next week.

For now, Ubuntu Touch is officially supported only on Nexus 4.
